Eva and D.K. Rankin
As the automobile became popular, the lodging industry was born. My granddad, David K. Rankin and his brother Hugh built the Rankin Auto Court cabins along with Log Cabin Motel cabins.
Grandmother Eva and he along with their five children (Margaret, Kenneth, Betty, Janis, and David) ran their farm and rented the cabins.
Tourists traveling to Yellowstone Park have enjoyed staying with us ever since!

Betty (Rankin) and Byron Grover
Betty, my mom, and my dad, Byron, bought the business in 1967. They expanded and added motel units. My siblings, Kim, Robert and I grew up in the hospitality business.

Jennifer (Grover) and Robert Groom
My husband, Robert, and I took over running the business in 2008 after my mother died in the summer of 2007. We are refurnishing and redecorating the rooms and the cabins. We installed a new sign in 2009.
Our new sign is ready to welcome you as you travel through our beautiful Yellowstone Park and Grand Teton country. See you soon!
